  1. Applicable to all services – For all alteration services, full refunds are valid within 48 hours of booking/payment. A 20% charge fee will be deducted from the total service payment if a refund request is placed after 48 hours of booking/payment.
  2. Applicable to all services – After alterations have been made and the garment has been delivered, customers can request a free refit/resize if unsatisfied. This post-alteration return policy is valid for 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a free alteration or refund. To be eligible for free post-alteration re-alteration, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Applicable to the ABO Studio Fitting (5000/session) Sevice – Upon request to book for alteration of the garment after an ABO Studio Fitting Session, the first flat payment of 5000 naira will be deducted from the total alteration payment.
